NST (Neurostructural Integration Technique) has been a great addition to my practice and I would love to share it with everyone. As we come into a time of year that can be very stressful, NST can help. NST is a very gentle, but effective “hands-on” muscle technique, and is great for anyone, including those who may be sensitive to touch.
NST is great for correcting muscle and joint pain, but that is not all. It can also help relieve stress, improve your immune system, and improve sleep, just to name a few things!

Clients (new and old) have been very pleased. Some clients who have experienced the NRT (Neuromuscular Release Therapy) technique have tried NST and appreciate this full body balancing technique and are pleased with the overall improvement they feel.
Some chronic or difficult issues may still need special attention and I have found that these problems become easier to resolve with NRT after a series of NST treatments. NRT is an advanced muscle technique designed to focus on a specific problem area. The muscles that cause and contribute to the pain area are located and released with this technique. This treatment program has been very effective over the last 6 years and I will continue to offer this for anyone who needs, or prefers, this technique.
